// Pricing & Process
How much does a website cost?
Costs vary based on scope, but most projects fall into a range depending on the number of pages, custom functionality, and design complexity. A fixed quote is provided after an initial consultation.
How long does it take to build a website?
Typically 4–8 weeks for a standard business site, depending on how quickly content and feedback are provided. Larger or more custom builds can take longer.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — payment is typically split into stages (for example a deposit, a midway payment, and a final payment on completion), rather than requiring the full amount upfront.
What's included in the price — do I own the website?
Yes — once the project is paid in full, you own the design, code, and content outright.
How many revisions are included in the design process?
Most packages include a set number of revision rounds at the design stage, to make sure the look and feel is right before development begins.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Typically your business details, branding assets (logo, colours), any existing content, and examples of designs you like.
What if I'm not happy with the final design?
Feedback is gathered throughout the process specifically to avoid surprises at the end — but if adjustments are needed, they're addressed within the agreed revision scope before final delivery.
// Your Website
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes — every site is built responsively, meaning it adapts automatically to phones, tablets, and desktops.
Can I update the website myself once it's built?
Yes. Where it helps, I build on a content management system so you can edit text, images and posts yourself without touching code — and where a site is hand-built, I add a simple editor for the parts you'll want to change.
What platforms do you build websites on?
Whatever genuinely fits the job — a managed platform like WordPress or Shopify when that's the right tool, or a fully hand-built PHP/MySQL solution when you need something bespoke, fast, and free of template bloat.
Will my website be secure?
Yes — security best practices are followed as standard, including SSL certificates, secure forms, and regular software updates.
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Yes — online stores with product listings, secure checkout, and payment processing can be built and integrated.
Can you integrate my website with tools like email marketing or booking systems?
Yes — most third-party tools and platforms (Mailchimp, Calendly, CRMs, and so on) can be integrated during or after the build.
Do you provide hosting and domain registration?
Hosting can be arranged and managed on your behalf, or you can use your own existing provider — both options are supported. Domain registration can be handled either way.
Can you redesign my existing website instead of starting from scratch?
Yes — redesigns are common. Existing content and branding can usually be carried over into a fresh design.
// SEO & Content
Do you offer SEO services?
Basic on-page SEO — page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, and a sound site structure — is included in every build. Ongoing SEO campaigns are available as an add-on.
Will my website work well in search engines like Google?
The site is built with SEO-friendly foundations, but ranking well also depends on ongoing content and marketing beyond the build itself.
Can you help with copywriting and images?
Yes — professional copywriting and stock or custom photography can be arranged if you don't have existing content.
// Maintenance & Support
Do you offer website maintenance after launch?
Yes — ongoing maintenance packages are available, covering updates, security patches, backups, and minor content changes.
What happens if I want to make changes after the website is live?
Small changes can usually be handled quickly, either as part of a maintenance plan or on a pay-as-you-go basis.
// AI & Automation
Do you use AI tools when designing my website?
AI tools may be used to speed up early-stage tasks like generating layout ideas, placeholder copy, or image concepts — but final design decisions, polish, and quality control are done by a human, not left to raw AI output.
Can you add an AI chatbot to my website?
Yes — AI-powered chatbots can be integrated to handle common customer questions, capture leads, or provide basic support around the clock, with the option to hand off to a human when needed.
Can AI help write content for my website?
AI can assist with first-draft copy or content ideas, but everything is reviewed and edited so it sounds like your business, is factually accurate, and reads naturally — not generic AI-sounding text.
Will using AI tools affect how original or unique my website looks?
No — AI is used as a supporting tool, not a template generator. The final design is still shaped around your brand, goals, and audience, so it doesn't end up looking like every other "AI-built" site.
Can you add AI-powered features like product recommendations or personalisation?
Yes — depending on your platform, AI-driven features such as personalised product suggestions, smart search, or dynamic content based on user behaviour can be built in or integrated via third-party tools.
