Most website emergencies are the end of a long, quiet, entirely preventable process. Care is the alternative to finding out on a Monday morning.
Monitoring, backups, updates and security checks, handled quietly in the background. The higher tiers include a stated number of hours each month for the small changes that otherwise sit on a list for six months.
Care works on any hosting, including sites I didn’t build and have never touched. You don’t have to move anything to take it.
I don’t offer “unlimited changes” — it’s a promise that either gets rationed in practice or quietly stops being honoured. You get a specific number of hours, and you always know where you stand. Unused hours don’t roll over, which is what keeps the price this low.
Hosting, if you want it
You don’t have to move your website to take a Care plan — it works perfectly well wherever the site already lives. But hosting it myself is often the better arrangement: I know the stack, I have the access, and I can fix a problem rather than report it to somebody else and wait.
